After two less than perfect trips to 5 Guys Burgers (1 & 2), I needed to cleanse my burger palette and have one I knew I’d like, so last night for dinner we went to Mighty Fine Burgers. I ordered my usual…cheeseburger w/lettuce, mustard, extra pickles. And I got a cheeseburger w/lettuce, mustard, extra pickles! Amazing!
Not only was my burger made correctly, but it tasted great! The meat had a nice char, but was still juicy. The bun had a nice, breadlike consistency…no gummyness. It was lightly toasted and the cheese melted just a bit to the top part of the bun like half of a grilled cheese sandwich. Lots of pickles! Happiness!
